Grape Jelly

1.330g washed grapes
½  cup white sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Using your thermomix, place the grapes in the jar and set 25sec/speed 3-6. Strain and measure. With the grapes I used, it measured out to 4 cups/990g of juice. Measurements may vary according to the types and sizes of grapes you’re using. Pour the juice back into the cup, add sugar and cinnamon and set to 30min/100º/speed 2. Remove cinnamon stick and set for another 30min/varoma/speed 2.
