2 avocados, diced
1 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, diced
3/4 cups crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
Toss all ingredients in a bowl and serve.
