Tuna Spread

1 can tuna
2 hard-boiled eggs          
¼ onion, finely minced
2 tbsp mayonaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Drain tuna and place in a plate. With the help of a fork mash it to small flakes and place in a bowl. Mash the eggs and add to the bowl. Add onion, mayonnaise and season to taste. Serve on small toast as a starter or use as spread on toast with a leaf of lettuce.
